  • Dentetsu Toyama Station/Hotels near Tateyama Station ⇆ Shinano Omachi Station/Omachi Hot Springs: 4,000 yen per item (tax included)
  • Dentetsu Toyama Station ⇆ Hotels near Tateyama Station: 2,000 yen per item (tax included)
  • Shinano Omachi Station ⇆ Omachi Hot Spring: 2,000 yen per item (tax included)
  • Services are not available on routes other than those listed above.
    If you are using Nagano Station, please follow the instructions provided here.
  • Payment method: Cash only.

  • Please note that due to severe weather, road conditions, or other circumstances, delivery times may be delayed or the forwarding service may be unavailable.

Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay of baggage resulting from the following causes:

  1. Defects in the baggage *
  2. Fire caused by force majeure
  3. Traffic disruptions
  4. Natural disasters

*Baggage forwarding may be refused if the baggage has any of the following defects:

  1. Fragile items
  2. Damage caused by excessive weight or size
  3. Damage resulting from deterioration or defects inherent to the baggage
  4. Damage to baggage with protruding attachments or accessories
  5. Damage to baggage that is not properly packed in a suitcase or other suitable container capable of withstanding normal transportation

Please note that service details may be subject to change due to social conditions or other circumstances.

Compensation

As a general rule, eligible damage will be handled through repair. However, depending on the extent of the damage, time constraints, or other factors, alternative arrangements may be offered instead of repair.

How to Fill Out the Baggage Forwarding Tag

The tags are available at servicing hotels and stations.
Please fill them in using Japanese or English.

Cellphone number in Japan

3.BAGGAGE FORWARDING PLACE

As some hotels have similar names, please check and write the name of your destination carefully.

4.BAGGAGE RECEIPT DAY

It is possible that your baggage will be forwarded on the subsequent day, rather than the same day.
