1. Traveling Sections

Only these 2 sections listed as below are available for the Pre Sale item.

*Round-trip tickets are not available.

You can purchase option tickets for express bus (Ogizawa – Nagano) and local bus (Ogizawa – Shinano Omachi).

Please add on this option ticket upon purchase.

4. How to Purchase

This ticket can be purchased only on WEB Ticket Page.

*Cannot be purchased at a ticket counter.

5. 【IMPORTANT】 Cancellation Policy

If you cancel after 11:59pm, 10 days before your departure date, cancellation fee of 1,000JPY per person will be applied.

<E.g.> If you purchased a pre-sale ticket for April 15

(1) No cancellation fee applied if you canceled by 11:59pm on April 5.

(2) 1,000JPY applied if you canceled after 11:59pm on April 5.

6. Others

*WEB Tickets (Dentetsu Toyama-Tateyama Station-Ogizawa) are valid for 5 days.

*This is a pre-sale item, so we cannot accept customer request for changing traveling sections at a ticket counter.

*Please refrain from making reservations through travel agencies.
