For Those Who May Need Assistance

  • Due to the elevation difference of up to 2,000 meters, some visitors may experience symptoms such as headaches or ringing in the ears. If you begin to feel unwell, please inform a staff member.
  • Because of location constraints, some vehicles and facilities are not barrier-free. When boarding with a wheelchair, assistance from a companion or staff member will be required.
  • Please note that some station restrooms are not equipped with nursing rooms or baby-changing facilities. If you need to breastfeed or change diapers, please consult a station attendant.
