1.What is ″GO! with Toyama Chihō Railway″ WEB Ticket”?
This is a web ticket guaranteeing a seat on the Toyama Chihō Railway train ”Canyon Express” departing Dentetsu Toyama at 8:20 am bound for Tateyama Station.
After arrival at Tateyama Station, you will connect to the 9:50 am Tateyama Cable Car from Tateyama Sta.
2. Sales Period and Departure Dates/time
This is a ticket for departure on a specific date and time.
●Sales Period: 10 am on April 10 to 11:59 pm on May 27.
●Departure Date : June 1st from Dentetsu Toyama
●Departure time : The Canyon Express departs from Dentetsu Toyama at 8:20 am, and connect to the 9:50 am Tateyama Cable Car at Tateyama Sta.

Booking can be made by 11:59 pm, 5 days prior to your departure date.
Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for after 11:59 am, 5 days prior to the scheduled departure date.

●Child: 6,190JPY ＋ Seating Guarantee （Dentetsu Toyama – Tateyama Sta）Fee 250JPY
4. How to purchase
●It can only be purchased through the “Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route WEB Ticket” website (it is not available at ticket counters).
●For the Tateyama Cable Car, only the 9:50 am departure from Tateyama Station is available.
●When purchasing the “GO! with ”Toyama Chihō Railroad” WEB Ticket, please be sure to also purchase the optional ticket “Dentetsu Toyama 8:20 Dep Seat Guarantee Ticket.” If you do not purchase the optional ticket, you should pay the seat guarantee fee at Dentetsu Toyama Station on that day.
●On the reservation screen, please select the travel date as “June 1, 2026,” the departure station as “Dentetsu Toyama,” and the arrival station as “Ogizawa” .If you enter a departure date, departure station, or arrival station other than those specified, the product will not be displayed.
5. How to use
●At the ticket machine at Dentetsu Toyama Station, scan the QR code of to issue your Alpine Route ticket and option ticket.
●Guaranteed seating is available in Canyon Express Car No. 2.. Please present both your Alpine Route ticket and option ticket together when passing through the ticket gate and boarding the train at Dentetsu Toyama Sta.
● You are guaranteed seating on the Toyama Chihō Railroad, but you cannot select a specific seat.
●Seating is guaranteed only on the 8:20 train ”Canyon Express” between Tateyama Station and Tateyama Station. Seating is not guaranteed on any other transportation between Tateyama Station and Ogizawa Station, except for the highland bus.
6. <Important> Cancellation policy
If you cancel after 11:59 pm, 5 days before your departure day, cancellation fee of 500JPY will be applied.
<E.g.> If you purchased a GO! with ”Toyama Chihō Railroad” WEB Ticket for June 1st,
(1) No cancellation fee if you canceled by 11:59 pm on May 27.
(2) 500JPY if you canceled after 11:59 pm on May 27.
7. Others
●This is a limited-section ticket product, therefore, changes to the boarding section cannot be made at the station ticket counter due to customer reasons.
●Alpine route tickets (Dentetsu Toyama-Tateyama Station-Ogizawa) are valid for 5 days.
●Please note that seating is not guaranteed for trains departing from Dentetsu Toyama at any time other than 8:20 AM. Furthermore, the seat guarantee fee will not be refunded in such cases.
