[Toyama Chiho Railway] Regarding the Operation of Rapid limited express trains and Revisions to Limited Express Fares

From Wednesday, April 15, 2026, Toyama Chiho Railway will begin operating a new Rapid limited express, departing from Dentetsu Toyama at 5:10 a.m. Please note that a Rapid limited express surcharge applies for this service.

■ Route: Dentetsu Toyama (departing at 5:10) – Tateyama (arriving at 6:00) *Non-stop

■ Rapid Limited Express Surcharge: Adults 1,000 yen, Children 500 yen

 

In addition, effective Wednesday, April 1, the Limited express surcharge will be revised as follows:

(Old Rates) Adults: 400 yen / Children: 200 yen

(New Rates) Adults: 600 yen / Children: 300 yen

*If you use the Alpine-Takayama-Matsumoto Area Tourist Pass, you do not need to pay either the Rapid limited express surcharge or the Limited express surcharge.
