1.【E~SORA Bus Anniversary Tickets】Reservation changes
The handling of tickets differs before and after issuing tickets. If there is a difference between the handling stipulated for an individual item and the one stipulated in the Terms of Service, the handling will be based on the handling stipulated for the individual item.
Before issuing a ticket
(1) From the time the reservation is made until 3:00 p.m. the day before the boarding date
The number of passengers can be increased or decreased on the Web Ticket website. No change fee will be charged.
*If there are not enough seats remaining when increasing the number of passengers, the change cannot be made.
*In the case of other changes, the reservation must be cancelled and a new reservation application must be made.
(2) After 3:00 p.m. the day before the boarding date
No change can be made. Only cancellation is allowed.
(3) On the day of boarding
Changes can be made at a station counter on the day of reservation only for departures on the same day as the reservation date.
At the station counter, it is possible to reduce the number of passengers.
*We cannot change the travel sections and departure time.
A change fee will be charged for changes made at the station counter on the same day.
Change fee (at the counter on the day of change): 500JPY per person (for both adults and children)
After receiving your ticket
If you wish to change your boarding reservation after issuing your ticket, you can do so at the station counter.
A change fee will be charged for changes made at the station counter.

*We cannot change the travel sections and departure time.
*We cannot accept the increase the number of passengers at the station counter.
*Boarding date cannot be changed.
*If you do not pick up your ticket on the day of boarding, Article 11 will apply.
2.【E~SORA Bus Anniversary Tickets】Cancellation of Reservations
The response differs before and after issuing a ticket. If there is a difference between the handling stipulated for an individual item and the one stipulated in the Terms of Use, the handling will be based on the handling stipulated for each individual item.
Before Ticket Collection
This will be done by each of the following methods for each of the following time periods.
(1) From the time the reservation is made to 3:00p.m. the day before the boarding date.
Cancellations can be made on the WEB Ticket website. No cancellation fee will be charged.
(2) From 3:00 p.m. the day before the boarding date until the boarding time
Cancellations can be made on the WEB Ticket website. Cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation fee: 500JPY per person (both adults and children)
(3) After boarding time
The full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
After receiving the ticket
If you wish to cancel your boarding reservation after receiving your ticket, you may do so at the station counter.
Cancellation at the station counter will incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fee: 500JPY per person (for both adults and children)
3.【E~SORA Bus Anniversary Tickets】About Receiving Tickets
The following correspondence is available for WEB ticket pickup.
When can I start receiving my WEB Ticket?
You can pick up your tickets at the ticket machine from 0:00 p.m. on the day before your boarding date.
What time can I pick up my WEB ticket at XX station?
Ticket machines at each station are available during the following hours.
[Dentetsu Toyama Station] From 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
[Tateyama Station] From 60 minutes before the first train to 5:00 p.m.
*【E~SORA Bus Anniversary Tickets】Handling when Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route section (Nagano – Dentetsu Toyama) is suspended.
Please note that Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route section (Nagano to Dentetsu Toyama) may be suspended due to traffic restrictions caused by weather conditions, facility failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.
If you have already made a reservation for WEB Ticket on the day of suspension, we will take the following measures.
①Customers who use the other way
・If the service is suspended due to road or vehicle conditions, we will provide replacement transportation “Tateyama Cable Car ” departing from Tateyama Station.
・The departure time from Tateyama Station during the replacement service may vary from the original departure time depending on the situation on the day.
・If the refund occur for use of the replacement transportation, we will respond at the Tateyama station counter .
②Customers who cancel usage of the route
・If you didn’t use the tickets, you will receive a full refund.
・Please do not issue or cancel tickets by yourself, as we will not be able to refund you.
・If you cancel your reservation by yourself, you will be charged a cancellation fee and the fee will not be refunded.
・As a rule, refunds will be made to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
・The timing of the refund to you depends on the credit card company you use.
・For more information about refunds, please contact your credit card issuer.
