■How to use the “Option Ticket” for limited express and local buses.
1. When boarding the bus operating “Nagano – Ogizawa” or “Shinano-Omachi – Ogizawa”, please present the My Page reservation details screen to the bus crew.
When boarding an express bus (Nagano to Ogizawa) or a local bus (Shinano-Omachi to Ogisawa), you need ⒶSmart phones and other devices capable of displaying detailed reservation screens, or ⒷA paper with the reservation details screen printed on it.
Please be sure to have Ⓐ or Ⓑ ready before boarding and present it to the bus crew upon boarding.
【ⒶDisplay of the reservation details screen】
After ①logging in to My Page, click ②”Confirm Reservation” to display a list of reservations. Click ③”Details” of the relevant reservation, and present “Reservation Summary” and “Purchase Price Details”, and ④”Optional Item” purchase details to the bus crew.
【ⒷPrinting the Reservation Details Screen】
Display the reservation details screen according to the procedure Ⓐ and print out a summary of your reservation (reservation number, product name, boarding date, boarding direction, section, and boarding time) and the purchase price details (Item and option ticket).
2. Upon arrival at Ogizawa, please pick up your “Web Ticket” and “Option Ticket” at the ticket machine in the station. You will need your telephone number and the QR code of your reservation to pick up your tickets.
After receiving the “Web Ticket” and “Option Ticket,” please present the “Web Ticket” at the ticket gate of each station between Ogizawa and Dentetsu Toyama. For round-trip tickets, please hand the “Option ticket” to the bus crew when you board the bus for the return trip. In case of one-way trip, Please keep it as a customer receipt.
１． On the boarding date, please pick up your “Web Ticket” and “Option Ticket” at the ticket machines located at “Dentetsu Toyama” or “Tateyama” station. You will need your telephone number and the QR code of your reservation to pick up your tickets.
２．After receiving the “Web Ticket” and “Option Ticket”, please present the “Web Ticket” at the ticket gate of each station between Dentetsu Toyama and Ogizawa. When boarding the “Ogizawa-Nagano” or “Ogizawa-Shinano Omachi” bus, please hand the “Option Ticket” to the bus crew when you board the bus from Ogizawa.
【How to display the QR code】
After ①logging in to My Page, click ②”Confirm Reservation” to display a list of reservations. Click ③”QR Code” of the corresponding reservation to display the ④QR code which is necessary for issuing “Web Ticket” tickets. On the boarding date, please have a smartphone or other device capable of displaying QR codes or a piece of paper with a QR code printed on it ready.
