【WEBきっぷ】立山黒部アルペンルート区間（長野～電鉄富山）の運休時の取り扱いについて（更新：2026年2月18日）

 

気象等による通行規制、施設障害、その他やむを得ない事情により、立山黒部アルペンルート区間（長野～電鉄富山）の乗り物の運行が休止となる場合がございます。

 

乗車予定の乗り物の運休が決定し、ご予約のWEBきっぷをご利用いただけない場合は、下記の通り対応させて頂きます。

 

①当日のWEBきっぷを受取前のお客様

・ご予約いただいた乗物が運休の際は、無手数料にて返金いたします。

・マイページよりキャンセルを確定する前に、キャンセル手数料が0円となっている事を確認し、キャンセルを確定してください。

（キャンセル手続きいただけない場合でも、翌日以降、自動的に無手数料にて返金いたします）

 

受取前のお客様へのご返金は、原則ご購入時にご利用いただいたクレジットカードへご返金いたします。

お客様への返金の時期はご利用されるクレジットカード会社により異なります。

返金に関する詳細については、恐れ入りますがご利用のクレジットカード発行会社へお問い合わせください。

 

 

②自動受取機等でWEBきっぷを受取済のお客様
・受取駅の駅係員へお問い合わせ下さい。

 

 

 

 

【WEB Tickets】Handling when Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route section (Nagano – Dentetsu Toyama) is suspended. (Updated on February 18, 2026)

 

Please note that Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route section (Nagano to Dentetsu Toyama) may be suspended due to traffic restrictions caused by weather conditions, facility failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

 

If you have already made a reservation for WEB Ticket on the day of suspension, we will take the following measures.

①Customers who have not yet received WEB Tickets
・If a reserved ride is canceled, we will refund you without any fees.

・Before confirming your cancellation on My Page, please make sure that the cancellation fee is 0 yen and then confirm your cancellation.

(Even if you are unable to complete the cancellation procedure, we will automatically refund you without any fees from the following day onwards.)

 

As a rule, refunds will be made to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

The timing of the refund to you depends on the credit card company you use.

②Customers who have already received WEB Tickets from an automatic ticket machine, etc.
・Please contact the station staff at the station where you received your ticket.
