【WEB Ticket】Customers who have purchased WEB Tickets for August 15 or 16, 2023

If you have purchased WEB Tickets for August 15 or 16 but cannot make it to the Alpine Route due to the typhoon approaching and suspention of transportation you are supposed to take and such reasons, we would like to handle WEB Ticket bookings as follows.

① <WEB Ticket Reservation (Standard Fare)> If you haven’t issued your WEB Tickets yet 

＜Before 3pm on the boarding date＞
・No cancellation fee will be applied if you would like to cancel your booking.

・Please cancel your booking on My Page

＜After 3pm on the boarding date＞

・If you would like to cancel your booking due to reasons such as above, we will waive the cancellation fee.
・Please do not cancel booking on your own. We will do it.
・If you cancel on your own, cancellation fee will be applied and we cannot refund it.

・We will do the refund procedure later.

② <Early Bird Discount 10> If you haven’t issued your WEB Tickets yet

・If you would like to cancel your booking due to reasons such as above, we will waive the cancellation fee.
・Please do not cancel booking on your own. We will do it.
・If you cancel on your own, cancellation fee will be applied and we cannot refund it.

・We will do the refund procedure later.

・For those who have not issued your WEB Tickets, as a general rule, we will make a refund to the credit card you used for purchase.

・Refund schedule may be different depending on your credit card company.
