・If you haven’t issued your WEB Ticket, we will handle refund and cancellation with no fee. No procedure for you.

・If you cancel by yourself, the system will charge you a cancellation fee, which will be refunded at a later time. Please contact us.

・We will do the refund procedure at a later time.

・For those who have not issued your WEB Ticket, as a general rule, we will make a refund to the credit card you used for purchase.
